Vice President, Membership- Develops and carries out a recruitment program with measurable goals to attain membership goals.
- Develops and implements a member retention program with measurable goals to increase membership retention.
- Welcomes new members and conducts exit interviews with members declining to renew their memberships.
- Acts as Chapter “keeper” of the membership database and provides other Board members with current member information. Reconciles discrepancies in membership database with AMA National.
- Coordinates Board efforts to meet and recruit prospective members.
- Works with VP Communications and VP Programming to convey membership benefits to members and member prospects.
