Feasibility Analysis: Don't Make a Blind Recommendation, Make The Right One
A feasibility analysis is an important tool that can assess the viability of starting a new value-added business, or re-organizing or expanding an existing business. Many marketers underestimate this vital tool in there marking arsenal or don't even know some of the easy steps they can take to run a feasibility analysis of there own.
Dave Skibinski, President and CEO of QuantumMethod, a strategy, communications and design firm, will provide insight into how Commercial Feasibility Analysis can strengthen product launches, increase commercial awareness (hence preventing disaster), evaluate the market potential for a new product or re-evaluate a predecessor-inherited product currently under development. His current client work with QuantumMethod crosses disciplines including business and marketing planning, digital marketing and communication programs, brand development and feasibility studies.
